Embarrassing KT Tunstall fans
The Sun, our great paper of record, today reports that lesbian fans of singer KT Tunstall have taken to turning up at her gigs and sitting in the front row urging her to come out of the closet.
Despite the fact she is straight and in a relationship with a man.
What odd behaviour. Unless there is something we do not know, it appears that KT, like the majority of women, prefers to do sex with men.
How rude of these 'fans' to heckle her and claim she is actually just pretending.
How insulting. Imagine the reaction if a gang of straight women turned up at a George Michael gig and said:
"You know who you are - go on, admit it," meaning he is actually a hetero.
Anyone that cannot accept that some people are, tragically, born straight is just as bad as homophobes who say gay people are exercising a 'lifestyle choice.'

The Sun isn't exactly making it up. Not sure KT is embaressed by the situation though. Far from it I suspect.
There's a lot of queer gurls who are convinced KT is gay or at least bi. The fact that she's three years into a relationship with a man won't put them off. After all, Ellen DeGeneres'e partner Portia de Rossi was in a four year relationship with a man before she took up with Francesca Gregorini. And then of course there was that ex of Ellen's who famously left her for a man. Same thing happend to Melissa Etheridge you know.
I mean come on Pink News, get a grip on reality. At least half the "lesbians" on the planet used to be in relationships with men. We shouldn't assume KT is straight because she has a bf. We shouldn't assume Portia is gay, or put her under pressure to say she is, just because she has a gf.

And re your pic, not surprisingly some have misconstrued KT's huge hit "Suddenly I See" as a lesbian love song. She also sings Bob Dylan's " "Tangled up in Blue" without changing any of the lyrics & thus making it sound like a song about a lesbian relationship & a lot of youngsters won't even realize that it's a cover version of a Dylan song - like Dylan who is she?
Anyway it wouldn't surprise men too much if KT and her bf enjoy threesomes with bi girls. That would be very Rock 'N' Roll. - "No man would be too upset that lots of young, attractive lesbians like his girlfriend.
