Paris Hilton and the puddle of AIDS

She claimed she came out of prison a changed woman ready to help less fortunate people around the world, but paparazzi magnet Paris Hilton seemed to be singing the same old tune over the weekend when cameras filmed her dodging fans while leaving a night club—and landing in what she called a puddle of "AIDS."

There was a time when Hilton would have done just about anything for a photo op. But when camera crews for TMZ.com caught the hotel heiress leaving L.A. hot spot Les Deux, she was less than thrilled by the attention.   

Attracting a crowd of autograph hungry fans, Paris and her posse pushed their way through the crowd with the heiress screaming for people to "stop" and yelling—"Oh my God, you fucking people."

They didn’t stop, and when the high-heeled Hilton lost her balance and stepped into a puddle of stagnant water on the street’s curb, one friend squealed, "You stepped in sewer pee."

Hilton then mumbled, "Oh my God, I have, like, AIDS!"   

And not one autograph hound managed to corner the 26-year-old Hilton, who became an overnight advocate for children’s hospitals following her summer arrest for disobeying her probation order.
