Because news in America is increasingly becoming part reliable media source/part for profit business hodgepodge, CNN has launched a line of t-shirts playing off this week’s awkward on air exchange between host Anderson Cooper and political analyst Donna Brazile.
The shirts, which read, Anderson Cooper, 'You’re Not My Boo’, are available at CNN.com, playing off the exchange that went down this week between Cooper and the ling time democratic political advisor.
The exchange went down on Cooper’s 360 when the host asked Brazile for any campaign information presidential hopeful Barack Obama might have shared with her that he hasn’t shared with the American public.
“Now Anderson, you’re not my boo,” Brazile answered jokingly.
“I wanna be your boo,” Cooper fired back to a then obviously flustered Brazile, who later asked, "Are we still on TV—I think I’d better watch my words."
The funny exchange quickly became one of the most watched videos of the week on YouTube and now, CNN has run with the publicity and attempted to coin a lasting catch phrase out of the exchange.
