There’s just one problem—no one had ordered a stripper for the 30th birthday party in question.
Two uniformed officers arrived at an out-of-control birthday party in Berlin after neighbours complained of a noise violation.
But according to The Associated Press, before the cops had a chance to explain, the female guests had yanked them inside and begun peeling off their uniforms.
According to police spokesman Bernd Hoffmann, no one had ordered a stripper—but the female party guests thought someone had sent them over as a surprise.
"It took them a while to realise they were real police officers," Hoffmann said. "It was a bit funny for all sides."
According to reports, the police arrived shortly after 12:45 in the morning on Sunday.
Though it took the guests a while to believe the men in uniform were indeed cops, after getting everything squared away, the party continued.
